Follow this guide to prepare your phone and set up your eSIM after your order has been reviewed and confirmed.
Your eSIM setup details may be sent to your checkout email after order review and confirmation. Before starting, make sure your phone is unlocked, eSIM-compatible, and connected to stable Wi-Fi.

Complete these checks before beginning eSIM setup.
CHOOSE YOUR SETUP PATH
When setup details are provided, follow the method shown for your plan and device.
Scan the QR code from your eSIM setup email when available.
Enter the activation details manually if your device asks for SM-DP+ address or activation code.
Most eSIM setup happens inside your phone’s Cellular, Mobile Data, Network, Connections, or SIM settings.

Menu names may vary slightly depending on your iOS version.
Open Settings on your iPhone
Tap Cellular or Mobile Service
Tap Add eSIM
Choose Use QR Code or Enter Details Manually
Scan the QR code or enter the setup details from your email
Follow the on-screen instructions
Label your eSIM if needed
Set your preferred line for data, calls, and messages
Restart your phone if service does not appear right away
Do not delete your current SIM/eSIM until your new eSIM setup is complete and working.

Open Settings on your Android phone
Go to Network & Internet, Connections, Mobile Network, or SIM Manager
Tap Add SIM, Add eSIM, or Download a SIM
Choose QR code setup or manual activation
Scan the QR code or enter the details from your setup email
Follow the on-screen instructions
Set the eSIM as your preferred mobile data line if needed
Restart your phone if service does not appear right away
If the menu names are different on your device, check your phone manufacturer’s eSIM settings guide or contact support.
PLEASE CHECK FIRST
Your phone must be unlocked and eSIM-compatible before setup. Carrier Wireless cannot activate an eSIM on a locked or unsupported device.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Start with these common checks. If the issue continues, contact support before deleting or reinstalling your eSIM.
Your device may not support eSIM or may be carrier-locked. Please confirm your phone model supports eSIM and is unlocked before ordering or activating.
Setup details may be sent to your checkout email after order review and confirmation. Please check your inbox and spam folder. If you still need help, contact support.
Make sure your screen brightness is high, the QR code is clear, and your phone has stable Wi-Fi. If needed, try manual setup using the activation details provided.
Restart your phone, confirm the eSIM is turned on, check mobile data settings, and make sure the correct line is selected. Service availability may depend on plan, carrier, coverage, and device compatibility.
Do not delete an eSIM unless instructed. If it has been removed, contact support for review. A replacement or reactivation process may depend on the plan and carrier.
Use the details provided in your setup email if manual setup is available for your plan. If you are unsure, contact support before entering incorrect information.
Stable Wi-Fi is recommended during setup because your phone may need an internet connection to download and activate the eSIM profile.
