How Carrier Wireless eSIM Works
An eSIM is a digital SIM profile installed on a compatible device.
Instead of placing a plastic SIM card into your phone, you add your mobile service through your phone's eSIM settings.
The Six Steps
Step 1 — Choose a Plan
Browse Carrier Wireless USA eSIM plans and select the option that fits your expected usage.
Step 2 — Place Your Order
Enter the information required to provision your service and complete checkout.
Step 3 — Receive Your eSIM
When provisioning is complete, your installation information will be delivered electronically and/or made available through your account.
Step 4 — Install the eSIM
Open your smartphone's mobile or cellular settings and follow the supplied instructions. Depending on the device, installation may use:
- A QR code
- Manual activation information
- Another supported digital installation method
Step 5 — Configure Your Line
Choose the appropriate settings for:
- Mobile data
- Voice line
- SMS
- Data roaming, if required by the plan
- Wi-Fi Calling
Step 6 — Start Using Your Service
Once your eSIM has been successfully installed and activated, use the included services according to your plan.
