By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing a product or service from Carrier Wireless, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or purchase our products.

- Other related products that may be introduced from time to time.
Certain products and services are supplied, provisioned, operated, or supported by independent third-party providers.
2. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to make purchases from Carrier Wireless.
By placing an order, you represent that:
- The information you provide is accurate;
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
- Your purchase is lawful in your jurisdiction; and

You are responsible for:
- Maintaining access to the email address associated with your account;
- Protecting authentication links, passwords, codes, or credentials;
- Keeping account information reasonably accurate; and
- Promptly notifying Carrier Wireless if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not access another person's account without authorization.
4. Product Information
Carrier Wireless makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions of products, pricing, included features, validity periods, and other material terms.
However, availability and features may change as a result of third-party provider or network changes.
The product information presented during checkout forms part of your purchase terms.
If information elsewhere on the website conflicts with the specific terms displayed for a particular product at checkout, the product-specific checkout terms will generally control.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout.
Applicable taxes, fees, or other charges may be added where required.
By submitting an order, you authorize Carrier Wireless and its payment service providers to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount disclosed during checkout.
Carrier Wireless may reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of:
- Payment failure;
- Fraud concerns;
- Pricing errors;
- Product unavailability;
- Compliance requirements;
- Provider restrictions; or
- Technical errors.
If Carrier Wireless cancels a paid order before fulfillment and no product or service is delivered, the applicable payment will be refunded.
6. Digital Delivery
Many Carrier Wireless products are delivered electronically.
Delivery may occur by:
- Email;
- Customer account;
- QR code;
- Activation code;
- Digital credential;
- Automated provisioning;
- Provider portal; or
- Another disclosed electronic method.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the device or account necessary to receive your purchase.
7. eSIM Products
An eSIM is a digital SIM profile designed for compatible devices.
Before ordering an eSIM, you are responsible for determining whether your device:
- Supports eSIM;
- Is compatible with the applicable network;
- Satisfies relevant network requirements; and
- Is sufficiently unlocked for the intended service.
An eSIM-capable device is not necessarily compatible with every network or product.
8. eSIM Installation
Customers must follow the installation and activation instructions associated with the purchased product.
An eSIM profile, QR code, activation code, or other credential may have limitations regarding:
- Number of installations;
- Supported devices;
- Transfer between devices;
- Activation location;
- Activation deadline; or
- Reinstallation.
Do not delete an installed eSIM unless instructed to do so or unless you understand that reinstallation may not be possible.
9. Wireless Service
Carrier Wireless does not guarantee that wireless service will be continuously available in every location.
Wireless performance can be affected by:
- Network coverage;
- Congestion;
- Device capabilities;
- Buildings;
- Terrain;
- Weather;
- Network maintenance;
- Provider policies;
- Government restrictions; and
- Other conditions outside Carrier Wireless’s control.
Representations regarding coverage are estimates and are not guarantees of service at a particular address or location.
10. Voice, SMS, Data, and Wi-Fi Calling
Plan features vary.
Customers should review the selected product to determine whether it includes:
- Voice calling;
- SMS or MMS;
- Mobile data;
- A U.S. telephone number;
- Wi-Fi Calling;
- Hotspot/tethering;
- International features; or
- Other capabilities.
Wi-Fi Calling depends on compatible hardware, operating-system functionality, wireless-provider provisioning, internet connectivity, geographic conditions, and other factors.
Carrier Wireless does not guarantee successful Wi-Fi Calling activation on every device or from every country.
11. Mobile Refills
When purchasing a wireless refill, you are responsible for submitting the correct:
- Telephone number;
- Carrier;
- Product;
- Refill amount; and
- Other account information requested.
A successfully completed refill may not be reversible.
Carrier Wireless is not responsible for value successfully delivered to an incorrectly entered number or account where the customer supplied the incorrect information.
12. VPN Products
Carrier Wireless may offer VPN services supplied or operated by independent third-party providers.
Depending on the product, Carrier Wireless may act as a reseller, distributor, affiliate, referral partner, or other authorized commercial partner.
The precise relationship may vary by provider.
VPN products may be subject to additional terms from the applicable VPN provider, including:
- Acceptable-use rules;
- Privacy policies;
- Device limitations;
- Subscription periods;
- Renewal terms;
- Account requirements;
- Refund policies; and
- Geographic restrictions.
By activating or using a third-party VPN product, you may also be agreeing to the applicable provider's terms.
13. VPN Limitations
VPN services can improve privacy and security in certain circumstances, but no VPN can guarantee complete anonymity, security, uninterrupted availability, or access to every website or online service.
Carrier Wireless does not guarantee that a VPN will:
- Make a customer anonymous;
- Prevent every security incident;
- Work with every website;
- Circumvent every geographic restriction;
- Enable every wireless feature;
- Improve internet speed; or
- Remain available in every country.
Customers are responsible for complying with laws applicable to VPN use in the jurisdictions where they are located.
14. VPN Reseller and Provider Relationships
Names, trademarks, logos, applications, and services associated with third-party VPN providers remain the property of their respective owners.
The presence of a product on CarrierWireless.com does not imply a relationship beyond the commercial relationship specifically authorized by the applicable provider.
Carrier Wireless will identify authorized reseller, affiliate, distribution, or partnership status only where such designation has been approved or is otherwise permitted.
15. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
Some products may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.
When automatic renewal applies, Carrier Wireless will disclose material subscription information before purchase, including the applicable:
- Price;
- Billing frequency;
- Renewal structure; and
- Cancellation method.
By affirmatively purchasing an automatically renewing product, you authorize the applicable recurring charges disclosed during checkout until the subscription is canceled.
Cancellation stops future renewals according to the applicable cancellation terms but does not necessarily create a refund for an already-started billing period.
Provider-specific subscription terms may also apply.
16. Business and Bulk Orders
Business, enterprise, reseller, wholesale, travel-group, and bulk purchases may be governed by additional written agreements, quotes, invoices, or product-specific terms.
Where separate written terms expressly conflict with these Terms, the separately agreed terms will control for that transaction.
17. Acceptable Use
You may not use Carrier Wireless products or services to:
- Violate applicable law;
- Commit fraud;
- Harass or threaten others;
- Distribute unlawful content;
- Interfere with networks or systems;
- Gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
- Conduct malicious cybersecurity activity;
- Circumvent lawful service restrictions in violation of applicable terms;
- Abuse telecommunications networks;
- Manipulate promotions or refunds;
- Engage in unauthorized resale; or
- Violate applicable third-party provider policies.
Carrier Wireless may suspend or terminate service where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or provider restrictions.
18. Service Numbers and Telephone Numbers
Where a product includes a telephone number, the number is provided as part of the applicable wireless service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing service does not give you ownership of a telephone number.
Numbers may be changed, reassigned, suspended, or lost following service expiration, account termination, provider action, or extended inactivity.
Portability, if available, is subject to applicable provider procedures and legal requirements.
19. Expiration and Service Validity
Digital products may have:
- Activation deadlines;
- Fixed service periods;
- Expiration dates;
- Recharge requirements; or
- Usage limitations.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable product terms.
Unused service may expire at the end of the stated validity period unless the product expressly provides otherwise.
20. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Carrier Wireless Refund Policy and applicable product-specific terms.
The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
21. Fraud Prevention and Verification
Carrier Wireless may use reasonable fraud-prevention and verification measures.
An order may be held, rejected, canceled, or reviewed if we identify unusual or potentially fraudulent activity.
We may request reasonable verification information before fulfilling an order.
22. Intellectual Property
CarrierWireless.com and Carrier Wireless-owned content, branding, graphics, design elements, text, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape for republication, commercially exploit, or impersonate Carrier Wireless branding or website content without authorization.
Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
23. Third-Party Services
Carrier Wireless relies on third parties for portions of its operations, which may include:
- Wireless carriers;
- Provisioning platforms;
- VPN providers;
- Payment processors;
- Hosting providers;
- Fraud-prevention services;
- Communications providers; and
- Other technology providers.
Carrier Wireless is not responsible for independent acts, outages, policies, applications, or services of third parties except to the extent required by applicable law.
24. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Carrier Wireless services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Carrier Wireless does not warrant that:
- Every product will meet every customer's requirements;
- Networks will operate without interruption;

25. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carrier Wireless will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products, including loss of data, business, profits, communications, or opportunities.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, Carrier Wireless’s liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.
26. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Carrier Wireless harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of Carrier Wireless products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
27. Changes to Products
Wireless carriers, VPN providers, and other partners may change their products, networks, applications, features, or availability.
Carrier Wireless may update its product catalog or substitute substantially equivalent fulfillment where appropriate and permitted.
If a material change occurs before fulfillment and we cannot provide the purchased product or an acceptable replacement, an appropriate refund will be provided.
28. Changes to These Terms
Carrier Wireless may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will be published on CarrierWireless.com with an updated effective date.
Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise.
29. Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Mandatory consumer protections applicable in a customer's jurisdiction are not waived by this section.
30. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent legally permitted.
31. No Waiver
Failure by Carrier Wireless to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
32. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, product-specific terms, and any applicable written business agreement, constitute the agreement between you and Carrier Wireless concerning the applicable service.
