Refund Policy
Last Updated: August 18, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Carrier Wireless LLC (“Carrier Wireless,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including eligible eSIM products, mobile refills, VPN products, and other digital services offered through CarrierWireless.com.
Because many of our products are digital and may be provisioned, delivered, activated, redeemed, or applied shortly after purchase, refund eligibility depends on the type of product and its fulfillment status.
By completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. eSIM Orders
Carrier Wireless eSIM products are digitally provisioned.
Before Provisioning or Delivery
If your eSIM has not yet been provisioned or delivered, you may contact Carrier Wireless to request cancellation.
If we are able to stop fulfillment before provisioning occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
After Provisioning or Delivery
Once an eSIM has been provisioned or its activation information, QR code, activation code, or other installation credentials have been delivered, the order is generally considered fulfilled and is normally non-refundable.
This applies whether or not you:
- Install the eSIM;
- Activate the eSIM;
- Use the included data, voice, or messaging service; or
- Travel to the United States.
Customers are responsible for verifying device compatibility, carrier-lock status, and applicable network requirements before ordering.
Technical Problems
If an eSIM does not function as reasonably expected, please contact Carrier Wireless before purchasing a replacement.
We may request information needed to troubleshoot the issue, including:
- Order number;
- Device manufacturer and model;
- Operating system version;
- Current country or location;
- Screenshots of relevant device settings; and
- A description of the problem.
If Carrier Wireless determines that the purchased service cannot be provided because of a provisioning or fulfillment issue attributable to us or our service provider, we may, as appropriate:
- Correct the provisioning problem;
- Replace the affected eSIM;
- Provide an equivalent product; or
- Issue a partial or full refund.
2. Device Compatibility
A refund will generally not be issued solely because:
- Your device does not support eSIM;
- Your device is carrier locked;
- Your device is incompatible with the applicable network;
- You purchased a product for the wrong device;
- Your device settings prevent installation or activation; or
- You chose not to use the purchased service.
Please confirm compatibility before ordering.
3. Network Coverage and Performance
Wireless service depends on third-party mobile networks, device capabilities, congestion, geographic conditions, buildings, terrain, maintenance, network policies, and other factors outside Carrier Wireless’s direct control.
A refund is not automatically available because of:
- Weak coverage in a particular location;
- Temporary network interruptions;
- Reduced network speed;
- Indoor coverage limitations;
- Network congestion;
- 5G, LTE, or other technology availability; or
- A particular device connecting to one network technology instead of another.
If there is a substantial service problem, contact us so we can review the circumstances.
4. Mobile Refill Orders
Customers are responsible for entering the correct mobile number, carrier, plan, and other requested account information before submitting a refill order.
Once a mobile refill has been successfully processed or applied to the telephone number or account submitted by the customer, the transaction is final and generally cannot be reversed or refunded.
Refunds are generally not available when:
- The customer entered the wrong telephone number;
- The customer selected the wrong carrier;
- The customer selected the wrong refill product;
- The refill was successfully applied;
- The customer no longer wants the refill after processing; or
- A carrier later suspends or terminates the underlying account.
If a refill fails and no value is delivered to the submitted account, Carrier Wireless may retry the transaction, provide an appropriate replacement, or issue a refund.
5. VPN Products
Carrier Wireless may sell, distribute, refer, or facilitate access to VPN services provided by independent third-party VPN companies.
Refund eligibility for a VPN product may depend on:
- The VPN provider;
- The subscription selected;
- Whether the license or activation credential has been issued;
- Whether the product has been redeemed;
- The applicable provider refund policy;
- Promotional terms;
- Subscription status; and
- Carrier Wireless’s agreement with the provider.
Where a VPN provider offers a specific money-back guarantee that applies to your Carrier Wireless purchase, the applicable offer will be disclosed with the product or during checkout.
Do not assume that a refund policy published directly by a VPN provider applies to a Carrier Wireless purchase unless the applicable Carrier Wireless offer expressly states that it does.
6. VPN Subscription Renewals
If Carrier Wireless offers a VPN product that automatically renews, the renewal terms, price, billing frequency, and cancellation method will be disclosed before you complete the purchase.
Cancellation of future renewal does not automatically create a refund for a subscription period that has already begun.
Provider-specific cancellation and refund requirements may also apply.
7. Business and Bulk Orders
Business, wholesale, bulk eSIM, reseller, or other negotiated orders may be subject to separate written terms.
If separate written terms apply, those terms control in the event of a conflict with this general Refund Policy.
Provisioned or delivered bulk digital products are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, contact Carrier Wireless with your order number and transaction information.
Verified duplicate charges will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.
9. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, contact Carrier Wireless promptly and contact your bank or payment-card issuer.
Carrier Wireless may request information reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
10. Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks
Carrier Wireless may deny refund requests involving suspected:
- Fraud;
- Abuse;
- Manipulation of digital delivery systems;
- Repeated refund abuse;
- False claims of non-delivery;
- Unauthorized resale;
- Chargeback abuse; or
- Violations of our Terms & Conditions.
Submitting a payment dispute or chargeback containing knowingly false information may result in suspension or termination of access to Carrier Wireless services.
Nothing in this section limits rights available to customers under applicable law.
11. Processing Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method when reasonably possible.
Your financial institution or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund after Carrier Wireless submits it.
Carrier Wireless does not control bank or card-issuer processing times.
12. Taxes, Fees, and Currency Conversion
Where a refund is approved, taxes and fees will be handled as required by applicable law and the applicable payment transaction.
Foreign exchange differences, bank fees, international transaction fees, or currency-conversion fees charged independently by your financial institution may not be refundable by Carrier Wireless.
13. How to Request a Refund
To request review of an eligible order, contact Carrier Wireless through the Contact page on CarrierWireless.com.
Please provide:
- Your name;
- Email address used for the order;
- Order number;
- Product purchased;
- Reason for the request; and
- Any information reasonably necessary for us to investigate the issue.
Do not send complete credit-card numbers, passwords, or VPN account passwords.
14. No Limitation of Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to eliminate or restrict any refund, cancellation, warranty, or consumer-protection right that cannot legally be waived.
Where applicable law provides greater rights than this Policy, applicable law will control.
15. Changes to This Refund Policy
Carrier Wireless may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.
Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
